Vishal Khatri is a globally recognized patent litigator and co-chair of the Firm’s ITC area of focus. With nearly 25 years of experience representing technology companies in high-stakes Section 337 investigations, Vishal focuses on leveraging intellectual property rights to help technology companies achieve their business objectives, particularly in cutting-edge industries where exclusion orders and supply chain leverage can reshape competitive dynamics. He has extensive experience litigating patent disputes before the ITC and in federal courts in technologies areas, including 4G & 5G cellular communications, Wi-Fi, GPS (Global Positioning System), semiconductors, memory devices, TV transmission, LEDs (light-emitting diodes), optics, medical devices, automotive technologies, consumer electronics, graphics processing units (GPUs), and emerging technologies such as fintech, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI).
